CD Tech Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our software. By using Meeting On Time, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Usage

Meeting On Time interacts with your calendar data to provide timely reminders about your scheduled meetings. The software accesses and processes the following non-sensitive meeting information:

Additionally, we may store a unique meeting identifier (UUID), which is a meaningless, system-generated code used solely for fulfilling the function to skip reminders for unwanted meetings.

No detailed personal information, such as emails, attachments, or in-depth meeting content, is collected or stored. The data accessed is used only in real-time to trigger reminders and notifications, and it remains on your device without being transmitted externally.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse. The information processed by Meeting On Time remains on your device, and we implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard it. However, we recommend that users take precautions to secure their devices, such as enabling device encryption and strong passwords.

User Control and Rights

  • Access: All calendar data accessed by Meeting On Time remains under your control via your calendar application. We do not store or manage any personal data externally.
  • Revoking Access: If you no longer want Meeting On Time to access your calendar data, uninstalling the software will immediately stop all access and processing of your information.
  • Data Erasure: Since Meeting On Time does not store personal data, uninstalling the software will erase any local cache (such as unique meeting identifiers) from your device.
  • Compliance with Privacy Laws

Meeting On Time complies with applicable privacy regulations, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): We process only non-sensitive personal data, in line with GDPR guidelines. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal information we may hold about you, although our software does not store such data.
